By downloading or using Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn you agree to the practices described below.

This policy applies to all users of Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn regardless of location and is designed to satisfy the requirements of the Google Play Developer Program Policies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data-protection laws.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide & maintain the service: create and manage your account, process simulated rewards, enable mini-games (Spin Wheel, Scratch Card, Gift Box), and process withdrawal requests.
• Communicate with you: send push notifications about account status, rewards, and app updates; respond to your feedback and support requests.
• Display advertisements: serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through our third-party ad partners (see Section 5).
• Analytics & improvement: analyze usage patterns via Firebase Analytics to improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
• Security & fraud prevention: detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activity using device information and IP-based rate limiting.
• Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to provide you with the Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn service (account management, in-app features, withdrawals).

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

5.1 Advertising Networks

Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn displays ads to support free access. The following ad networks are integrated and may collect device identifiers (including Google Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure advertisements:

5.2 Firebase (Google)

• Firebase Analytics: collects anonymized usage events (screen views, button clicks, earn sessions, game plays, ad impressions, withdrawal requests). User properties set: total earned amount and user level. Firebase Privacy Information.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): uses a device token to deliver push notifications. Firebase Privacy Information.

5.3 Other Libraries

• Volley & OkHttp: networking libraries used to communicate with our server. No additional data collection.
• Gson: JSON parsing library. No data collection.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-party ad networks (see Section 5.1): receive device identifiers and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads.
• Firebase / Google: receives analytics events and FCM tokens as described in Section 5.2.
• Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under strict data-processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery, unless you request immediate permanent deletion.
• Transaction history: retained for the lifetime of your account for your reference and for record-keeping purposes.
• Server logs (IP, rate-limit records): retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then automatically purged.
• Analytics data: retained by Firebase in accordance with Google’s data retention policies.
• Ad-related data: retained by each ad network in accordance with their own privacy policies (see Section 5.1).

8. Data Security

• All data transmitted between Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing (cost factor 12) — we never store plaintext passwords on the server.
• Server-side access controls follow the principle of least privilege.
• API endpoints are protected by rate limiting and input validation to prevent abuse.
• We use prepared statements (PDO) for all database queries to prevent SQL injection.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

All Users

• Delete your account: you can delete your account at any time from within Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, we remove your personal data from our servers.
• Disable push notifications: you can turn off push notifications for Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn in your device’s OS notification settings at any time.
• Opt out of personalized ads: you can reset or disable your Google Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization” or “Delete advertising ID”).
• Access & correction: contact us at admin@operaai.store to request a copy of your data or to correct inaccurate information.

European Economic Area, UK & Swiss Users (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. The sharing of advertising identifiers with ad networks for personalized advertising may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA; you can opt out via your device’s ad settings.

10. Children’s Privacy

Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including through the use of Google Firebase, AdMob, AppLovin, and Unity Ads services). These countries may have different data-protection laws. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the service provider’s certification under recognized frameworks to protect your data.

13. Advertising Disclosure

Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn is a free, ad-supported application. It displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, and Unity Ads. These ad networks may use your Google Advertising ID and device information to serve ads, including personalized ads based on your interests.

You may opt out of personalized ads at any time by adjusting your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (or “Delete advertising ID” on Android 12+).

14. Nature of the Service

Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn provides a watch-and-earn rewards experience for entertainment purposes. The app does not perform real blockchain mining, does not interact with the Bitcoin network, and does not guarantee any real-world financial returns. Virtual balances shown in the app represent simulated reward points. Withdrawals are subject to availability and administrative approval.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via push notification or in-app notice. Your continued use of Bitcoin Rewards: Watch & Earn after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
